La Peraleja is a beautifully laid out course from the hands of the Spanish maestro himself Seve Ballesteros. The thoughtful design has ensured that no two holes are the same and the tricky, undulating greens mean that having Seve’s legendary short game is a major advantage.

Many holes feature slight changes in elevation but the course as a whole is not overly taxing to walk. Bunkers are placed strategically throughout to catch errant tee shots and irons.

Memorable holes include the par-three second where the green is almost entirely surrounded by water and the wind can hugely affect your clubbing and the par-four 17th where water runs the entire length of the hole before snaking around a green that is also protected at the front right by a bunker.
