The Cap Cana resort will house Golden Bear Lodge, the world's first Nicklaus-designed luxury condominium village located between Las Iguanas and Punta Espada.

For visitors to Cap Cana ahead of the opening of the Las Iguanas Golf Course, Ascot Golf packages will instead include an additional round at Punta Espada.
