Saunton West is shorter than its sister East Course, but in many ways offers a more exacting test of golf. Like the East Course, it is a traditional links set in the beautiful surrounding of Braunton Burrows. Course management and club selection play a huge part here, with precision needed on approach shots into the well-guarded greens.
