The Great White at Doral is named after its designer, the legendary Greg Norman.
It has demanding fairways with hundreds of palm trees and sporadic Scottish-style bunkers with water coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. All holes feature coquina - crushed shells - waste areas – a true triumph of course design.

The Soffer Course offers contoured fairways, doglegs, spectacular water features, and more elevation changes than is often seen in this part of the state.
Further enhancing the experience, a specatular 64-foot waterfall provides an unforgettable finish on the Soffer Course's 18-hole Island Green, while colourful indigenous flora and tropical trees surrounding each hole serve as a natural privacy barrier so every foursome feels like they're the only players on the course.

The highlight of the shorter Miller course at Turnberry Isle Miami is the group of holes that border Lake Julius (named after two-time US Open champion Julius Boros) on the back nine.
The par-three No. 15 is a daring 200-yard carry over the lake from the back tees with safe bailouts on the left side, and with a receptive green rewarding the brave.
The finishing par-five is a birdie opportunity with the green placed at the foot of a dramatic waterfall. Another treat on the course is a bird refuge on Lake Julius with flamingos and tropical birds.

PGA National’s Champion Course has generous landing areas and spacious and accepting greens, with golfers presented with course management challenges presented by over 100 bunkers, and water on 16 holes.
The famed Champion Course is home to the daunting "Bear Trap" - a series of three holes, starting with No. 15. During the 2008 Honda Classic the "Bear Trap" netted an astounding 356 over par, compared with 254 over par in 2007.
The combined scores from holes 15, 16, and 17 have shown that the "Bear Trap" offers professional golfers the toughest three-hole stretch anywhere in the world.
The Champion completed a multi-million dollar renovation in 2002, a partial re-design in 2006 and further renovations in 2007. In each case, the renovation took place in conjunction with Jack Nicklaus and his famed Nicklaus Design Team.
The Champion Golf Course has a distinguished place in Major Championship history. It was the site of the 1983 Ryder Cup Matches; the 1987 PGA Championship; the 1982-2000 PGA Seniors' Championships; and is now home to the PGA Tour's Honda Classic.

The Palmer Course at PGA National Resort and Spa is the most forgiving for the "grip it and rip it" style of play. The open fairways and larger greens at this Palm Beach County golf resort course means that the golfer is not overly penalized for missing the fairway or primary rough.
The design is reminiscent of the Scottish links tradition. Undulating fairways, grass bunkers and a double green shared by the 8th and 12th holes recall golf’s old world heritage.
In conjunction with the Arnold Palmer Golf Design Group the popular course underwent significant renovations in 2007. These included a new greenside irrigation system, ensuring the success of the course’s new state-of-the-art grass, Champion Turf Bermuda; re-designed native landscaping; re-shaped and re-built holes and bunkers; and all new laser-levelled tee locations featuring a minimum of four tees per hole.
The Palmer Course has a great series of finishing holes - with the 18th hole being one of the most difficult and picturesque par 5s on the property.
King and Bear is named after its legendary co-designers Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. The course is the first-and-only design collaboration between the two greats of the game and is part of the World Golf Village, home to the Golf Hall of Fame.
King and Bear has five sets of tees to make it playable for all skill levels, stretching out to 7279yards at its longest. The picturesque layout is dotted with no less than 19 lakes as well as loblolly pines and 200-year-old oaks. King and Bear has played host to Senior PGA’s Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf and is also rated among Golf for Women's Top 50 Courses for Women.
Facilities include a 30-tee driving range and a PGA Tour Academy.
Course designer: Bobby Weed (Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen consultants)
Slammer and Squire is named after legends Sam “The Slammer” Snead and Gene “The Squire” Sarazen, who acted as consultants to course architect Bobby Weed. The picturesque 6,939-yard layout, which winds through wetland, old pines and gigantic hardwoods, includes many memorable par threes.
Slammer and Squire is a fun layout but a true test and has hosted top events including the Champions Tour’s Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, the PGA Tour’s “Q School,” and the Champions Tour Qualifying School.
The course is part of the World Golf Village, home to the World Golf Hall of Fame. Facilities include a 30-tee driving range and a PGA Tour Academy.
A venue for the PGA Tour Players Championship, regarded by some as golf’s fifth major, and home to one of the most famous holes in golf, the island green par-3 17th.
The TPC Stadium at Sawgrass is a tree-lined course set in a lagoon, with water a danger on every hole. With generous but slick greens and large bunkers the TPC is truly a great test of golf!
Designed by Pete Dye, the course will feature a number of enhancements for the 2007 season.
Dye’s Valley, like its famous sister Stadium Course, is a Pete Dye creation and boasts all the hallmarks of the legendary designer.
Mature trees and water hazards feature on every hole with several semi-island greens. The fairways are more generous than on the Stadium Course but the greens are still fast and undulating.
The Dye`s Valley Course has hosted the PGA Champions Tour Players Championship.

Bay Hill’s 27-hole layout sweeps across 270 acres along the shores of the Butler Chain of Lakes. The Champion, Challenger and Charger nines offer a challenging though fair test for professionals and amateurs alike. The 18-hole “Championship” course plays 7205yards but there are five sets of tees with the forward tees playing 6220yards and the red 5235yards. Golfers negotiate a series of water hazards and more than 100 bunkers from lush Bermuda fairways to fast Tif Eagle greens.
Bay Hill is home to the Arnold Palmer Invitational (previously the Bay Hill Invitational), one of the biggest events on the PGA Tour which has been won six times by Tiger Woods.
Facilities include the renowned Arnold Palmer Golf Academy, as well as a practice range with chipping and putting greens.
The National Course at ChampionsGate is a classic layout featuring rolling fairways, greens maintained in tour condition, clever doglegs and water holes across typical Floridian countryside.
The ChampionsGate National Course is notable for small target greens and long ranging fairways. It is in a more traditional American style than its sister International course with plenty of water hazards and large fairway bunkers.
