Tour Details
The AscotGolf.com Scotland Highlands and Home Tour commences in Inverness-shire with the spectacular Royal Dornoch, a jewel in Scotland’s golfing crown.
Along the coast from Dornoch is the former Walker Cup (1999) venue Nairn and Nairn Dunbar before moving a short distance down towards the east coast and Royal Aberdeen, a historic links, former Senior British Open venue and future host to the Walker Cup in 2011.
From Aberdeen, begins the journey Home, to Open Championship venue Carnoustie, and then on to St Andrews and the Fairmont St Andrews which overlooks the Fife coast and the Old Town of St Andrews.
Final stop on Highlands and Home is the Scottish capital of Edinburgh, a vibrant city of historic architecture and home to the Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club, whose lush parkland fairways have hosted the Solheim Cup, Scottish PGA and Scottish Seniors Open.
