Westport Golf Club, which played host to the 2002 Smurfit Irish PGA Championship, is an 18-hole parkland course with breathtaking views of Croagh Patrick and Clew Bay.
The signature hole is the long par 5 15th, which requires a drive over a bay, with the seascape hugging the left hand side of the fairway all the way to the green.
Follow signs from the town centre to Newport and then to Carrowholly after 1 mile, from where the course will be signposted. |
