Guest Rooms

The La Costa hotel offers 120 bedrooms, 43 of which are suites, all with a terrace or direct access the garden and views of the spectacular tropical swimming pool, the Platja de Pals golf course or the sea.

Double: A comfortable bedroom with terrace and complete bathroom and views of the garden or golf course. With twin beds or double bed and enough room for a cot. The ground floors have direct access to the garden.

Double Top: Devised so that every customer can enjoy more space. Featuring twin beds or a large double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed. Some of them have direct access to the garden or views of the golf course.

Junior Suite: Featuring very large bedrooms with a terrace or garden for those who want more space or for families with children, a lounge with a sofa-bed big enough for 2 children, as well as a cot. The ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden or swimming pool.

Senior Suite: Featuring 2 Bedrooms (Double or Twin beds), a separate lounge with a terrace or garden for those who want more space or for families with children. The lounge has a sofa-bed for 2 children, and a cot. It has a single complete bathroom.

Villas La Costa: The villas next to the hotel, adjoining the green of the 16th hole of Platja de Pals golf course and less than 100 m from the beach.

La Costa Hotel also offers two villas (2-bedroom & 3-bedroom), completely equipped for a more independent stay, but with the possibility of enjoying all the services of the hotel and facilities. The guests in the villas have a 50% discount on green fees and preferential booking of tee times, as well as additional special prices at the other courses in the area. Villa Guests enjoy access to the hotel’s swimming pool, sun-lounger and towel service, gymnasium, sauna, and the hairdressing, beauty treatment and massage service. Bar/Dining

La Costa: Enjoy a variety of 3 course meals, a varied menu of tapas and salads or light snacks on the magnificent terrace overlooking the pool. This restaurant is part of the “Cuina del Empordanet” group, and takes pride in using local products, meat and Mediterranean fish.

Greens: With a pool side setting, Green’s offers a variety of fresh pastries, fruit and hot dishes as part of the daily buffet breakfast.

Bar Havana: Choose from a list of wines and delicious cocktails at the centre of the hotel. This is the perfect location to meet for drinks before or after dinner.

Radio Liberty Beach Club: This bar/restaurant is set on Pals beach. Serving Mediterranean food. During the day the restaurant offers salads, mixed dishes, sandwiches, fish of the day, rice and noodle dishes, as well as appetisers and mixed snacks for relaxing informally by the sea.

Mojito’s Bar: This tropical bar offers your favourite drinks next to the pool with its own chill-out area. Enjoy a menu of sandwiches and snacks, as well as cocktails and all types of soft drinks, for those who want to have an alfresco drink without leaving the pool.

Bar 19th: a cosy English bar with a marvellous terrace on the golf course where you can have a drink or a more informal meal. From the terrace you can see the 9th hole and the tees of the 1st and 10th holes respectively.

Restaurante Golf Platja de Pals: surrounded by the golf course and in the middle of its ancient pines with a pleasant porch which has views over the lake and green of the spectacular 9th hole. It offers a varied Mediterranean menu with seasonal dishes, and is renowned for its traditional rice casseroles prepared using local products.

Leisure Facilities

La Costa resort features a fully equipped leisure and spa facilities, featuring a hair dressers, beauty salon, gym & sauna and massage rooms. The resort swimming pool, has several areas featuring swimming lanes as well as more playful areas. The large sun terrace with parasols is the ideal place to relax in the sun.

For those in a more active mood La Costa features 2 grass tennis courts and 2 grass football pitches. La Costa Resort prides itself on being bike friendly, with 2 large bike racks consisting of both mountain bikes and road bikes to hire, a large number of bike rides with various difficulties can be suggested locally.

At the Pals-La Costa Water sports centre guests can enjoy a variety of water sports, such as kayaking, dinghy sailing, windsurfing, paddle surf or Hobie Cat sailing. There are also classes available in various water sports.

There are also a number of excursions on offer. With some fantastic Scuba Diving, horse riding and mountain hiking opportunities within minutes of the resort.

Local Area

45 minutes from Girona International Airport, 1.5 hours from Barcelona Airport, and 1 hour from Perpignan Airport.

The region has beautiful Mediterranean scenery, backed by pine forest, and attractive beaches.

Pals is an endearing medieval walled village 5km from La Costa. Girona is the capital of the province (30km), historic city, with the best-preserved Jewish quarter or "call" in Europe.

Figueres: this city is the home of the Dali Theatre-Museum, which exhibits many of the great artist’s works.

Golf Platja de Pals was built in 1966 and is the oldest golf course on the Costa Brava. The first holes are surrounded by ancient pine trees and strategically placed bunkers, so you will have to play with accuracy. Platja de Pals’ scenic and quiet setting close to the sea make it a truly enjoyable place to play golf.
