Deluxe Sea View Rooms are available with Full Sea View or Side Sea View and sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child. Elegant new furniture underlines comfort and a ‘home away from home’ ambience, with an inviting 2-poster bed or with twin beds, bedside tables and a large chair with ottoman. Spacious and luxurious bathroom with natural daylight coming through full-size window include a large rain-shower system, large bathtub, sound system, exclusive toiletries, and all incorporated within an elegant interior design. Deluxe Rooms (Inland View) sleep up 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child. This large accommodation option offers interior standards which match the Deluxe Sea View Rooms. A full picture window replaces the balcony to give an expanded and lighter deluxe room.

The Inland View Deluxe Rooms feature a more spacious and luxurious bathroom with natural daylight coming through full-size window, large rain-shower system, larger bathtub, sound system, exclusive toiletries, all incorporated within an elegant interior design.

Superior Rooms sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, and offer a full sea view. This option includes an inviting 2-poster bed, free-standing bedside tables, a large 3 seated-sofa, coffee table and an armchair. Garden Superior Cabanas are adult only and located in an exclusive area, and with a full sea view. These rooms are more luxurious and larger than superior rooms, and available with private garden or with optional private infinity pool. Garden Superior Cabanas offer private sunbathing facilities, luxury garden furniture, a larger bathroom including a branded Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower, luxury bath amenities, luxury bathrobes, towels and slippers. Royal Penthouse Suite sleeps up to 4 persons in two rooms and offers a full sea view. The Royal Penthouse suite option boasts a large terrace with outdoor dining area, bamboo seating area and sunbathing facilities. Alexander the Great Hotel offers both half-board and ‘full-board plus’ options, with the choice of four restaurants. Roxanne’s Restaurant offers live show cooking and buffet style theme nights, Garibaldi (adults-only) serves a rich 4 course set menu of Italian cuisine, Kiku serves à la carte Japanese cuisine, and Limanaki Tavern serves traditional local Meze.

Drinks with meals include a bottle of mineral water and a choice of a glass of local premium wine, beer, soft drink or fruit juice. Breakfast & lunch is served at the Café Royal Restaurant in buffet style with live cooking stations.

The large lobby & terrace with bamboo style seating offers live piano music 4 times a week. The main bar features daily entertainment and an upgraded wine selection.

One of Alexander the Great Hotels most popular leisure facilities is the luxury infinity pool with rippling waterfalls and whirlpools. Secret Valley Golf Club is neighbour to Aphrodite Hills within a scenic valley of grand trees and beautiful sculptured rock formations. Secret Valley is the oldest course in Cyprus, with a traditional design, with sloping fairways running through a countryside of fruit orchards and vineyards. This traditional course is accompanied by a rural Cypriot Clubhouse with locker rooms, restaurant, bar and a golf academy with driving range.

Minthis Hills Golf

Minthis Hills golf course enjoys a historical location in Cyprus, situated in the grounds of a twelfth century monastery. Its tranquil setting and mesmerising mountain views provide the perfect backdrop for a challenging game with its fairways swathing through mature trees and water features. At an altitude of 550m above sea level it’s a course for all seasons, enjoying cool breezes even during the summer. Originally designed by Donald Steel in 1994, Minthis Hills has recently undergone extensive enhancement by Mackenzie & Ebert. Widely known and praised for their work on four out of the nine British Open Championship venues, Tom Mackenzie and Martin Ebert have also created 60 new projects in 16 countries during their architectural careers over the past 20 years. The ancient gardens in which the course is set lend a unique flavour, with holes surrounded by grapevines, walnut, almond, and olive trees. Few places are so tranquil for a friendly game, being fun to play for all standards of player, with great variety between holes. Elevated tees invite everyone to “have a go”, yet narrow tree-lined fairways provide a challenge, with each shot requiring careful assessment. The sporty short par four 12th hole is an example, where the green can be reached with a well struck drive, although danger lurks all along the left with the steep valley cascading away. The Clubhouse at Minthis Hills is iconic, designed by world-renowned architects Woods Bagot. The impressive architecture has been complemented by designer interiors and commissioned sculptures providing an ideal social atmosphere. In settings designed to inspire, Minthis Hills offers an array of dining experiences. The lounge, golf terrace and cocktail bar offer the perfect space for pre and post game drinks, while the restaurant transforms the finest local and international ingredients into culinary delights.
