Lagoon Studio Suite: (788 ft²/78m² + 1016-ft²/100m².Ext): Situated on the resort's emerald lagoons, this suite offers a terrace with plunge pool, rooftop sundeck, bathroom with outdoor garden shower and views of the lagoon and mangroves. Room Capacity: 2 adults and one child or 3 adults.

Deluxe Lagoon Suite (1103ft²/110m² + 1057 ft²/100m² Ext). Situated on the resort's lagoons, this spacious suite offers a separate seating area, terrace with plunge pool, rooftop sundeck, 1 3/4 baths. Main bathroom with outdoor garden shower. Views of the lagoon and mangroves. Room Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults

Island Suite (1544ft²/150m² + 599ft²/60m² Ext). Located on the resort's Spa island, the indulgent spa suite boasts a private treatment room, terrace with plunge pool, a loft 2 floor design and bathroom with outdoor garden shower. Room Capacity: 2 adults. Due to the design and layout of the suite, please note that only 2 adults are allowed.

Deluxe Overwater Lagoon Suite (977ft²/100m² + 498ft²/50m² Ext): Appearing to float along the water's edge, this spacious suite gracefully extends over the resort's lagoons and features a terrace with plunge pool, bathroom with outdoor garden shower and views of the lagoon and mangroves. Room Capacity: 2 Adults.

Beachside Lagoon View Suite (929ft²/90m² + 601ft²/60m² Ext): Nestled beachside, this over-sized suite offers a separate seating area, terrace with plunge pool and spacious bathroom. Room Capacity: 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

Ocean View Suite (966ft²/95m² + 1530ft²/150m² Ext): Nestled beachside, this over-sized suite offers a separate seating area, rooftop sundeck with plunge pool, and spacious bathroom. The Suite offers panoramic ocean views. exterior Room Capacity: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Beachfront Studio Suite (779 ft²/80m² + 653ft²/65m² Ext.): Situated directly beachfront with direct beach access, this suite offers a terrace with plunge pool and spacious bathroom with outdoor garden area. Room Capacity: 3 Adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe Ocean View Suite (1562ft²/150m² +1187ft²/110m². Ext): Situated beachside with stunning views of the ocean and Caribbean coastline, this expansive suite features an upper level living room area with outdoor terrace with plunge pool, rooftop sundeck. The lagoon-side master bedroom suite offers a sitting area for lounging and over-sized bathroom with changing area. The suite offers an additional guest powder room with shower. Bar/Dining

The elegant restaurant Casa del Lago at Rosewood Mayakoba serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers two private wine rooms.

Punta Bonita, a beachfront grill overlooking the infinity pool, offers guests Mexican cuisine in a casual atmosphere.

Local Area

Situated on a protected stretch of the Yucatán Peninsula, Rosewood Mayakobá is four miles north of the charming coastal town of Playa del Carmen, located 42 miles south of the Cancún International Airport and easily accessible by private jet.

With stunning weather and tropical warmth, the winter months from December to March are the peak season. Another beautiful time to visit is late spring into June, when the weather is excellent, with very low humidity and rainfall.

Within the resort, guests may explore by foot, resort shuttle, golf cart or boat. The suites, spa, restaurants, beaches, and golf course are accessible by the resort's luxury boats!

Rose Buds™ is a program designed to provide our youngest guests with special services, amenities and convenience items designed just for them. From kids' menus to special events and fun activities, we welcome children and families at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and look forward to hosting your next visit.

Babysitting Services When one-to-one care is desired, the resort can arrange babysitting services. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. The fee is $20 USD per hour.

Toolok Kid's Club Children ages 3-12 years old are invited to participate in fun-filled age-appropriate organized activities at the resort's Kid's Club. Open 9am-5pm during summer season.

Kids Club Facilities include:

• TV & Game Room: Features kid-friendly movies, documentaries and video as as well as Wii and PlayStation3

• Soft Room: A place to relax, read and nap. A quiet area especially suited to small children 3 years old and younger under the supervision of babysitters
