Bay Hill’s 27-hole layout sweeps across 270 acres along the shores of the Butler Chain of Lakes. The Champion, Challenger and Charger nines offer a challenging though fair test for professionals and amateurs alike. The 18-hole “Championship” course plays 7205yards but there are five sets of tees with the forward tees playing 6220yards and the red 5235yards. Golfers negotiate a series of water hazards and more than 100 bunkers from lush Bermuda fairways to fast Tif Eagle greens.
Bay Hill is home to the Arnold Palmer Invitational (previously the Bay Hill Invitational), one of the biggest events on the PGA Tour which has been won six times by Tiger Woods.
Facilities include the renowned Arnold Palmer Golf Academy, as well as a practice range with chipping and putting greens.
