Reynolds - Great Waters

"The first time I went to Great Waters, I knew we had the potential to have a great golf course, but we had to find it. I think we found it. I think we have great balance on the golf course. I think we have great tree-lined holes. We have great water holes. We've utilized the lake to a large degree for some of the difficulty of the holes. But we've also taken the holes and utilized the lake for view and kept the holes off of it. It's one of the really great pieces of property that I've ever had the opportunity to work with." —Jack Nicklaus

Great Waters, the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-signature design, winds through densely wooded evergreen corridors only to open up to nine holes featuring the blue waters of Lake Oconee as the rough. Named as one of the best courses in Georgia, second only to Augusta National, Great Waters proves to be one of the most aesthetically inspiring golf courses in the US.

Reynolds - National

Tom Fazio has created 27 holes at The National with drama as unique as the setting.

The National features impressive elevations, breathtaking views and several holes skirting the shores of Lake Oconee. The layout runs throught dense forests of hardwoods, pines, flowering wild dogwoods and some of Lake Oconee's most dramatic lakefront terrain.

"The new Fazio nine at the National Course is a delight, with vast, rollicking fairways framed by flowering dogwoods that lend an Augusta National-like touch in the springtime." Allen Allnoch, LINKS Magazine.

Reynolds - Oconee

"We have uncovered a dramatic golf course without changing a lot of what we found when we got here." Rees Jones, Designer, The Oconee.

The Oconee Course, the Rees Jones-designed resort course, presents a unique and formidable golfing challenge. Described by many as a “mind-game” golf course, the new Jones addition to the Reynolds Plantation landscape is designed to be a true risk/reward challenge - often forcing golfers to choose between direct tee shots over inlets of Lake Oconee and long drives down tree-lined dog-leg fairways.

Noted for its spectacular par threes - featuring multiple tee boxes, drop shots from elevated tees and numerous water hazards - the course offers five holes in which Lake Oconee comes directly into play and for four others tendering magnificent lake views.

The interior creeks and ponds and the expansive vistas of Lake Oconee provide spectacular scenery for Oconee Course golfers.

The Oconee Course at Reynolds Plantation has already captured the attention of the golfing industry, hosting highly-visible tournaments like the 2007 PGA Cup and the 2008 PGA Professional National Championship.

Reynolds Landing

Reynolds Landing (formerly Port Armor) was the first golf course built on popular Lake Oconee, setting the stage for a prime golf destination.

Recognised as one of Georgia's best golf courses at its debut, second only to Augusta National, it features a variety of holes that wind through naturally wooded areas and rolling hills.

Three holes wrap dramatically along the shoreline of the lake and the green settings and shot values make this one of the premium tests of golf on Lake Oconee.
