A symbol of tradition and Le Touquet chic, Le Pavillon invites you on a gastronomic journey, devised by William Elliott.

The open kitchen is a delight for all the senses and whets your appetite for the impressive selections of starters and desserts.

The brasserie puts the focus firmly on taste and variety. Guests can enjoy fish specialities, wok dishes, and regional flavours revisited in the inventive style of William Elliott and his team.

Wine Cellar

Finding the perfect bottle for every occasion, choosing the ideal glass of wine for each dish, discovering a new name, sharing the passion of a winemaker in their region with their unique variety ...

This is the art of a true sommelier, who throughout your meal will tantalise your taste buds and enhance your knowledge while pouring this wonderful liquid we call wine.

Today the culture of this drink has become part of our society and everyone wants their precious bottles to be loved, so choosing a good wine cellar is key. This drink is an organic material, and therefore living. Once bottled, it begins to grow, reaches the prime of its life, then decays and becomes very tired. Storage conditions are paramount to its quality of life.

Temperature in particular affects the longevity of a wine because heat accelerates this evolution. Minimal humidity is needed to protect the hermetic seal: air that is too dry can shrink the cork so it can no longer fulfil its role. Light, vibrations or mould caused by poor ventilation can also affect the life of the precious liquid, damage its colour or cause it to resume oxidation.

Le Bar "Le Mahogany"

Legendary at Le Touquet Paris-Plage, the Mahogany provides a stylish, cosy and friendly atmosphere in a very English style.

Relax over a drink in this retro-chic ambience (mahogany panelling, red velvet armchairs, jazz). On sunny days, guests can enjoy the terrace overlooking the gardens.
