Rooms and Suites In addition to the amenities of the UP! rooms, the UP! suites also offer a sitting room separated from the bedroom by sliding doors, 10 of them with two full bathrooms instead of one and an additional TV set in the sitting room. All the UP! suites have a sea-view and the balcony or terrace is much larger.

At Las Vistas buffet you can taste a delicious breakfast and live cooking dinners. For those that prefer to wake up a little bit later we have available a continental breakfast in our Palapa Bar from 10:00 to 11:00.

At La Palapa Indulge in the romantic dinner for two that you’ve been putting off for far too long. Relish a mesmerising selection of local and international cuisine at the Culinarium, our restaurant "à la carte" at lunch. By night you can savour a mesmerizing selection of local and international cuisine with our tasting menu.

Culinarium opens every Thursday and Friday from 19:00 to 22:00, if you fancy a new experience that you won't forget please remember that you need to book in advance.

Swimming Pools There are two outdoor swimming pools available just by the sea that are heated between 27ºC and 30ºC. Water is purified by salt water chlorination which prevent eye and dermatological problems and also protects the environment.

Gym Enjoy a variety of completely new Technogym machines in addition to 5 bikes, 5 treadmills and 2 elliptical machines.

The gym also has a fitness room with guided classes 3 times daily with instructors (10:30, 15:30 and 16:30).

Costa Adeje

Costa Adeje hosted the European Tours Tenerife Open in 2003. The course has typical local features of black volcanic sand and is noted for the excellent condition of its fairways and greens. Wonderfully located, overlooking the south coast, and Mount Teide to the north.

Las Americas

Par: 72 Length: 6039m Venue: Spanish Ladies Open

Golf Las Americas is defined by wide and flat lush fairways, with water hazards on 10 holes, and palm trees, flowers and shrubs lining the fairways. Visually this is a very pleasant golf course with streams flowing into waterfalls across its gently sloping terrain. The surrounding mountains protect from the wind and sun is guaranteed all year round!

Golf del Sur

Par: 72 Length: 5906m Course designer: Manuel Pinero Venue: Tenerife Open

Based on three loops of nine, Golf del Sur’s 27-hole course has hosted some of the biggest names in the game - Jose Maria Olazabal has also won the Tenerife Open two of the four times it was held at Golf del Sur. The course is challenging and full of elevation changes, with some holes requiring carries over bunkers/waste areas which are particular to the volcanic island of Tenerife.

Abama Golf Course

Par: 72 Length: 6857 yards Course designer: Dave Thomas Venue: Canaries Open 2006

The Abama Championship Golf Course rises and dips between 22 lakes and more than 25,000 trees. Along the way are waterfalls, palms and bunkers of marble sand, while the Atlantic Ocean offers a beautiful backdrop. The lowest point of the course is 78 metres above sea-level and its highest, 315 metres. Facilities include practice ground and green, putting greens, clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant and bar and buggies with GPS. There is a golf academy where guests can receive private lessons.
