Junior Suites (47m²) at the IBEROSTAR Andalucía Playa are great for a dreamlike holiday in Chiclana. Junior Suites offer additional space with a separate sitting area with sofa bed, whirlpool tub and a spectacular terrace. Being strategically located in the resort, our junior suites afford stunning views of La Barrosa beach and the sea.

Suites: Situated alongside the beach, Suites offer great amenities and panoramic views of La Barrosa beach. Every suite has a large main bedroom, a separate sitting room with sofa bed, a fully equipped bathroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe deposit box, mini bar, telephone, air conditioning and IBEROSTAR toiletries, among other amenities.

The suites are the most special type of accommodation in our hotel in Chiclana. They are ideal for honeymooners or couples on their wedding anniversary. La Bodega Restaurant: Traditional Andalusian- restaurant with a menu that offers typical products and dishes from Cadiz. Quality ingredients and the preparation process come first and foremost.

Lobby bar: Open from 10:30 am to midnight, the lobby bar of the IBEROSTAR Andalucía Playa hotel serves beverages, snacks and cocktails all day.

La Barrosa Pool Bar: This chill-out poolside bar, with a relaxed atmosphere, serves snacks to fill the belly of guests spending the day at the pool. Its many great services include a health bar where you can try the most delicious freshly squeezed fruit juices. The bar is open from 11am to 8pm in the summer.

Leisure Facilities

The IBEROSTAR Andalucía Playa hotel offers an entertainment area for kids (aged 4-12 year) during the summer season (June 15-Sept 15) day and for adults in the evening, plus a wellness programme in the SPA Sensations THAI ZEN. Also, there is Internet access in the lobby and an Internet Café – charges may apply.

The hotel fitness room offers aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo and much, much more.

The IBEROSTAR sports centre with a tennis school with 4 hard surface tennis courts, 7 clay courts and 4 Paddle tennis courts.

Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, the first golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros in Spain. It has 54 holes divided into 3 rounds of 18 holes each – courses A, B & C.

Horse riding: Enjoy a unique experience in La Barrosa. 1.6 miles from the IBEROSTAR Andalucía Playa hotel is a riding school. La Barrosa beach, with its 5 miles of sand, is a perfect place to ride along the seafront.

Novo Sancti Petri A

Par: 72 Length: 6460m Course designer: Seve Ballesteros

The first 9 holes at Sea and Pines offer spacious fairways. The views over beautifully designed water hazards prepare you for the breathtaking number 6 hole, with its green located just over a large, sandy beach. Holes 10-18 are surrounded by stone pines and without water hazards.

Novo Sancti Petri B

Par: 72 Length: 5846m Course designer: Seve Ballesteros

In this varied round at Centro you play 6 par-3 holes, 6 par-4 holes and 6 par-5 holes! The first 9 holes are flat, with a demanding water hazard between holes number 5, 8 and 9. From the 10th to the 13th hole, the ground is more undulating, offering some excellent views over the Atlantic Ocean. Water hazards also enter into play between the 10th and 13th hole. Last but not least, on hole number 18, the designer of the course has signed off fittingly with a bunker in the shape of an "S" for Severiano.

Sancti Petri Hills

Par: 72 Length: 6071m Course designer: Manuel Pinero

Former Ryder Cup star Manuel Pinero has used the stunning natural surroundings at Sancti Petri Hills to create a beautiful test of golf. The course is short, so there is no need to overpower it, but fairways are tight and Pinero has ensured strategy and clever shot-making are vital to a good round. Water winds throughout the course and comes into play on almost every hole.

Dehesa

Par: 72 Length: 5897m Course designer: Alejandro Maldonado

Dehesa Montenmedio is an undiscovered gem of Andalucian golf. Its secluded setting are more familiar to equestrian persuits, and with lush surroundings make it an inspiring place to play golf. Generous fairways mean you don’t have to be pinpoint accurate off the tee here, but the wind can make things very interesting and there are plenty of water hazards to catch you out. The greens are in superb condition year round.
