Costa de la Luz Cadiz

The Costa de la Luz in southern Spain is where the coastline overlooks the Atlantic Ocean in place of the calmer shores of the Mediterranean on Costa del Sol.

The Costa de la Luz Cadiz region also offers rustic charm, culture, wine and port making, equestrian schools and flamenco.

The famous orange-tree lined city of Jerez is home to Montecastillo GC Golf Resort, which held the Volvo Masters from 1997 to 2001 on its Jack Nicklaus-designed course – regularly voted within the top-20 courses in Europe. Golfers in the area can also enjoy the coastal layout at Costa Ballena GC, and traditional inland courses nearby at Sherry Golf, Arcos Gardens and Dehesa Montenmedio – deep in equestrian countryside.
