The Fairmont Gold experience at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is designed to offer the discerning leisure and business traveller added amenities and personalized attention.
Located on the 8th and 9th floors of the hotel, Fairmont Gold provides a private check-in and check-out (8th floor), a private concierge service, and a beautiful Fairmont Gold Lounge. Furnished in an elegant alpine decor, the lounge offers Fairmont Gold guests a daily complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, daily newspapers and magazines, early evening appetizers and an honor bar.

Fairmont Gold Premier Suite (600ft² / 60m²) Located on the 10th and 11th floor with a semi-private elevator. Each of the Fairmont Gold Premier Suites are richly appointed with a king bed, comfortable couch with two side chairs, and two televisions. They also feature a deluxe marble washroom with a jetted tub, oversized shower with multiple showerheads, and a double vanity. A triple set of French doors open up onto a viewing balcony with breathtaking Whistler views.
Fairmont Gold Executive Suite (800ft² / 80m²) The Fairmont Gold Executive Suites feature luxury at its absolute finest. All non-smoking suites are highlighted by a spacious bedroom and separate living area with gas fireplace to complete the experience. Fairmont Gold Penthouse Suite (1,130ft² / 130m²) The two Penthouse Suites are the jewels in The Fairmont Chateau Whistler's crown. Featuring 25 foot, floor-to-ceiling windows, glass French doors that lead onto a viewing balcony, the Penthouse Suites offer the very best views Whistler has to offer. The living room located on the main level, features a gas burning fireplace, spacious seating area and a dining room table that seats up to six. A deluxe marble bathroom includes a double vanity, one-person jetted tub, and an oversized shower with multiple heads. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and opened in 1993, Chateau Whistler is carved out of the slopes of the Coast Mountain range. With elevation changes of more than 400 feet this course is very easy on the eye.
The layout involves creeks, ponds, stands of ancient Douglas fir and granite rock faces to test even the keenest golfer. Remember to bring your camera as well as your clubs!

Tucked at the foot of the impressive Mount Currie, 30 minutes from Whistler, Big Sky is built on gently rolling terrain and has seven lakes and a winding creek to challenge golfers.
Big Sky is the longest of the Whistler golf courses, set in the mountains but not on their slopes! The course is still quite flat and enjoyable to walk.
