Son Servera Golf
Par: 72
Length: 5844m
Course designer: John Harris / Francisco Lopez Segales
|
Son Servera is a traditional members golf club on Mallorca located below a range of pine hills with glorious views over the bay of Cala Millor.
Son Servera is, for the greatest part, a gently undulating parkland course with generous fairways and rough kept to a length where finding the off line shot does not cause too many difficulties. The errant shot is much more likely to be punished by the intervention of one of the many evergreen oak, pine, olive, carob and palm trees that dot the course blocking the way to the pin. Holes 3 to 7 are undoubtedly different as narrow tree lined fairways venture into the hills and twist between the lakes and pines making this stretch the toughest test on the course.
The greens are subtly undulating and water features on 6 holes. There is, however, always a range of shots on offer providing realistic options for both accomplished and more modest players.
All parts of the course give fine views of the pine clad mountains which protect the course from the worst of any winter storms and from many holes there are splendid views over the Bay of Cala Millor.
At various times of the year, flowering oleanders and bougainvillea add to the colours and the numerous hares, ducks and other birdlife that abound add to the feeling that the course really is a special place.
After the game the Son Servera Club House Restaurant offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy local cuisine and hospitality, with views of the 18th hole and the sea.

Length: 5841m
Course designer: Pepe Gancedo
|

Pula Golf
Par: 71
Length: 5393m
Course designer: Jose Maria Olazabal
Venue: Mallorca (Iberdrola) Open
|
The golf course at Pula is a challenge of hard firm fairways and green, elevation changes, and tightly located greens. Water also comes into play from several tee-shots to increase the demands on shot making.
Pula is located on the east of the island, deep in Mallorca countryside, 40 minutes drive from Palma. Darren Clarke won here on the European Tour from course designer Jose Maria Olazabal in second place in 2011, en route to his famous Open triumph at St Georges.

Capdepera
Par: 72
Length: 6045m
Course designer: Dan Maples
|
Located on the east of Mallorca, Capdepera is set within a valley offering a reasonably flat layout, with a good chance to take out your driver and take on the course.
The course is a traditional design, with the first nine quite open and water coming into play. The second nine is enclosed by pine trees, with elevation changes.
Simply walking the course is a pleasure with its idyllic setting in a valley surrounded by mountains and with a beautiful view of the Med.
The 15th hole was voted the most exceptional hole on the island by Mallorca Magazine in 2004, with a 50-metre drop to the fairway, and a canyon in between!

Vall d’Or Golf
Par: 71
Length: 5538m
Course designer: Bradford Benz
|
Vall d'Or combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second nine. The front side features rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine offers wider and more uneven fairways sloping towards the Mediterranean.
Vall d’Or is not overly difficult but is entertaining, and with magnificent Sea views. The 3rd ranks among the most beautiful golf holes on Mallorca - a par-5 with an elevated tee that offers spectacular views over the bay of Porto Colom. The hole plays downhill through a valley and turns left to where the green is lofted into a hillside by intricate rock bouldering. A good drive leaves you in range to reach in two, but with a hanging lie. Ideally placed at the green's front right corner is a tall willow tree, a magnet for the brave who take on this approach!
Vall d'Or Golf was opened in 1986 as a 9-hole course (which is today played as the back nine) on the estate of "Es Turó", property of the first club President Mr. Antonio Lladó.
In 1991 work to extend the course began and in the spring of 1993 new course was opened leading to the magnificent and enjoyable 18 holes that Vall d'Or has to offer at this moment.

Alcanada
Par: 72
Length: 6499m
Course designer: Robert Trent Jones Snr & Robert Trent Jones Jnr
|
Wonderful, challenging and scenic golf course, with open rolling fairways, surrounded by pine trees, and set into the hills overlooking the Bay of Alcudia, with Minorca island in the distance.
Alcanada is the only Mallorca golf course directly by the sea - the lighthouse on the island of Alcanada is just 150 metres from the course and forms part of the logo of the club of Alcanada.
The golf course of Alcanada is located in an environmentally sensitive area - the golf clubhouse is located within a century-old finca or estate. The whole scene is tranquil and inspiring for a most enjoyable golfing experience. Owned by a member of the famous Porsche family.
