Le Caravane Whether for a special evening with family and friends or an intimate dinner for two, the restaurant offers a variety of settings to suit every preference, including table d’hôte, convivial room, private lounges hidden from view by Mashrabiya panels, or the Captain’s Table with a dedicated fireplace.

The wine cellar is a highlight of the restaurant, sitting majestically in the centre of the dining area, it offers the promise of delicate wines to pair with ‘a lamb rubbed with garlic and marinated with fresh herb oil’ or ‘a confit duck foie gras terrine’. Seafood specialties on the a la carte menu include ‘trio of salmon, in gravlax-style, marinated and smoked with pickles of vegetables and tangy cream’, amongst other delectable offerings.

L’Olivier The sun rays reflecting on blue water of the swimming pool, the palm trees rising majestically towards the clear blue sky and the Atlas Mountains in the background, paint the perfect picture of an authentic Morocco. Al Ain Al Aïn Restaurant is a wonderful escape into the thousand flavours of Moroccan cuisine. Its menu showcases spices and ingredients that are essential in Moroccan cuisine with a subtle and delicate blend of Arab, Berber and Moresque traditions.

Finely decorated with Zellij tiles and overlooking the golf course and the Atlas Mountains, Al Aïn is set to provide guests with an authentic experience. With 500sqm of space designed for children, Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech is committed to making their dreams come true.

The spacious kids’ area has its own restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Every day the Chef prepares a nutritionally balanced, yet delicious menu to treat the children’s taste buds to flavours from around the world. They will be introduced to gastronomy through ‘Little Chef’ workshops (cotton candy, crepe and popcorn making) and cooking classes. A tree house, wooden sheep and llamas plunge the children into a picturesque natural setting. With the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and snowy peaks in the background, the 18-hole golf course at Fairmont Royal Palm covers 75 hectares of natural space offering a true “commune with nature”. The golf course design by Cabell Robinson respected the environment and landscape, taking into consideration the Wadi river, every tree and every hill, combining all the shapes and hues of a generous nature, to create a respectful course bordered by bougainvillea and oleanders. The Golf Country Club of Fairmont Royal Palm offers members and their guests a modern, yet relaxed atmosphere with first-class amenities. Assoufid Golf Club

Set against the backdrop of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, Assoufid Golf Course winds its way through a unique, naturally undulating desert landscape. As his first golf course design project, Scottish designer and former European Tour player, Niall Cameron, had the vision to create a desert-style golf course that would look and feel as natural and as integrated into the existing landscape as possible, while maximizing the beautiful views of North Africa’s Atlas Mountains to the south. Assoufid Golf Club recognizes the importance of protecting and enhancing its natural environment, in which only 45% of the golf course was planted to minimize water consumption. During construction, a significant number of trees found growing on site were retained, and many more have since been planted, including palm trees, cacti and olive trees. Awarded 'Africa's Best New Golf Course 2014' by the World Golf Awards.
