Choose between two- and three-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom villas. All accommodations are fully equipped with large gardens or terraces, a parking space and common green areas with a swimming pool. Some of our villas have a private pool.

Las Colinas Golf & Country Club offers an inviting range of restaurant and leisure options. These amenities are concentrated around the Clubhouse, a large Mediterranean-style building just a few steps away from tees 1 and 10, with magnificent views over the lake at hole 18.

In this central and welcoming location, customers can enjoy between delicious traditional Italian cuisine offered at il Palco, the sophisticated international cuisine at UNiK CAFÉ and the superb Japanese cuisine at enso sushibar.

Il Palco serves a menu based on the essence of traditional Italian cuisine. The celebrated Italian chef, Fabio Morisi, has carefully designed the menu to bring creative and authentic recipes to the table that will delight the most demanding palates. The large terrace, with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, enables golfers and residents to savour the rich flavours of Italian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.

UNiK CAFÉ serves fine food, designed to satisfy the different tastes of an international clientele. Its cuisine, which is simple but based on top quality ingredients, reinvents classic dishes by adding a touch of balanced creativity.

Enso sushibar offers customers the elegance, harmony and simplicity that characterises Japanese cuisine, in the hands of experienced chefs who lavish attention on every detail of the dishes they serve.

Leisure Facilities

Located next to the Clubhouse, Las Colinas Sports & Health Club, features a gym equipped with everything you need to complete a full day’s training, a swimming pool and a wellness area dedicated to relaxing mind and body, providing massage and beauty treatments a duel at a physiotherapy service.

This complex includes a Racquet Club which is situated close to the main entrance of the resort and only a few minutes away from the Clubhouse. It’s the ideal place to play tennis, paddle tennis, football or basketball. It also has a 24 hour gym so that you can work out at any time of the day and complete a full fitness session.

Just a few minutes away from Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, on the seafront at La Glea beach in Campoamor, there is a private hideaway overlooking the sea: Las Colinas Beach Club. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and to enjoy the sun, sand and sea: reclining on a sun bed beside the infinity pool or sitting on the deck of the café bar among magnificent palm trees, with idyllic views over the Mediterranean.

Enjoy a day yachting on the Mediterranean with Las Salinas Yacht Experience, a company specialised in luxury yacht hire with charter skipper. The boat is a 12-metre VanDutch yacht, which holds 10 people. You can choose from 3 different routes. During the trip the boat will anchor near Isla Grosa and an aperitif of Spanish wine will be served onboard. It includes free time for lunch when the yacht docks at the port of destination: Lo Pagán, Los Alcázares or Cabo de Palos.

Las Colinas Golf & Country Club now includes a Mini Market near the Clubhouse. The shop is managed by Supermercados Pardo. The Mini Market aims to cover the basic daily needs of residents at the Golf & Country Club for food, cleaning and personal care products. The offer includes dairy products, soft drinks, ice cream, liqueurs, fruit and vegetables, meat and cold meat, as well as cleaning and personal care items.

Las Colinas golf course extends across the valley between the hills, adapts to the unusual lie of the land and blends naturally into the landscape. The width of its fairways, the design of its extensive undulating greens, and the numerous tees at each hole give it great versatility and mean that it is suitable for professional competitions, while also offering any player a pleasant, enjoyable and affordable game. In addition to the 18-hole championship course, there is a full range of amenities around the Club House, with a golf academy, a driving range of natural lawn, a putting green and an approach area. Designed by the renowned North American landscape architect, Cabell B. Robinson, the designer of internationally recognized golf courses such as La Reserva in Sotogrande, Finca Cortesín on Costa del Sol, Praia d'El Rey in Portugal and Royal Golf d'Evian in France. In Cabell’s own words, “my ultimate target as a landscape architect is for the course to form an integral part of the existing landscape... A unique feature of Las Colinas is that it runs through a valley between hills high enough to give it privacy and isolate it from its surrounding area."
