Duna Beach Club Guests at Tivoli Lagos enjoy a complimentary return shuttle to Duna Beach Club - located on the beach at Meia Praia, approximately 2km from the hotel.

The Duna Beach Club comprises of a Fresh water swimming pool, solarium next to the sea (sun loungers and sun shades available upon payment), Ladies and gents shower cabins, reserved beach area with lifeguard (in the summer), 120 traditional Algarve sun shades. Every sun shade has 2 loungers which are free for hotel guests,

Water sports available on the adjoining reserved beach (May to October). Kids Club (July/August)

Local Area

Lagos is an ideal holiday town, with great shopping, bars restaurants, and beach, all reachable on foot. The town also boasts a modern Waterfront area, perfect for evenings out.

Palmares

The redesigned Palmares (completed in 2010) golf course features 27 holes of parkland and traditional links. “Palmares Golf Course is special on so many levels. The expansive ocean vistas, dramatic elevation changes, intimate valleys, and expansive dunes gave us an environment from which we could craft a golf course with enormous depth of character and challenge”. Robert Trent Jones Jr Each nine-hole course has its own character: Lagos Course – features the only two lakes of the layout at the short par 3 third and long par 4 sixth. The final holes are played into the expansive dunes on the southwest portion of the layout. Praia Course – set alongside the seaside dunes with full exposure to all of the elements! The four seaside holes are bracketed by the beach and railway line, with the closing hole rising out of the dunes onto an amphitheatre green below the clubhouse. Alvor Course – a parkland layout played through narrow fairways lined with mature pine trees. The majority of the holes feature dramatic elevation changes either ascending hillside or descending through valleys. Palmares has hosted a variety of amateur and professional events including the Europro Tour circuit.
