Toscana Resort Castelfalfi is a natural paradise in the heart of Tuscany, 60 minutes away from Florence and 50 minutes away from Pisa. The medieval Borgo is the heart of the 2.700 acres of countryside of the Estate, including the spectacular 27-hole Golf Club Castelfalfi. The Golf Club includes two different courses, the 9-hole Lake Course and the 18-hole Mountain Course, both immersed in the Tuscan landscape.

Within walking distance from the village stands the 5-star hotel with 151 rooms and suites. Comprising of a modern building with contemporary designed rooms, La Via del Sale restaurant and breakfast lounge, the new Lobby, the restyled Ecrù Lounge Bar & terrace, the Spa and the gym. La Rocca Located within the medieval castle and back to life after a meticulous restoration, the gourmet restaurant La Rocca of Castelfalfi is a landmark in the village, where you can enjoy the authentic taste of traditional Tuscan cuisine.

The restaurant is managed by the young Chef from Bergamo Michele Rinaldi. A pupil of Italy's most famous chef, Gualtiero Marchesi, at La Rocca Head Chef Rinaldi offers a traditional cuisine, based on meat and fish of the Mediterranean. Thanks to the experience gained in the most famous national and international restaurants, he has developed an original style, based on materials of the highest quality that make simplicity the distinctive element of delicious recipes.

La Via del Sale Located in the Hotel of Toscana Resort Castelfalfi, with both an elegant indoor and breath-taking outdoor setting, our restaurant La Via del Sale offers authentic Italian cuisine that combines the freshest ingredients, picked up from the organic vegetables garden of Castelfalfi, handmade pastas and local recipes.

Il Rosmarino A typical trattoria restaurant, a bar, and a pizzeria: Il Rosmarino is all this and is ready to satisfy every desire, from lunch to dinner. Its decor is simple, its dishes are typical and cooked according to ancient traditions. All ingredients are genuine, natural and vary depending on seasonal availability. Everything here is reminiscent of Tuscany, flavours and smells evoke ancient recipes of its culinary tradition.

Every day, our Chef puts the best of traditional cuisine on the tables and prepares his dishes to perfection, so as to leave a pleasant memory of Tuscany in the mouth and in the hearts of his customers. Great pizza, with extra virgin olive oil produced in Castelfalfi, cooked only in a wood fired oven to preserve its crispness and flavor. We suggest eating it with a good glass of wine produced in the village.

Country Clubhouse The restaurant of the new Country Clubhouse is the perfect match between taste and beauty: while relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking view over the green of the Mountain Course, you can now taste refined and light dishes. The menu, inspired by the Tuscan tradition and designed to meet every golfer's wish, changes weekly and boasts organic and km-zero ingredients.

Ecru Bar Chic and trendy - that's the atmosphere in the Ecrù bar. On top of that, the terrace will lure you with its fantastic view of the valley. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy delicious coffee specialties, fine pastries, selected teas, Tuscan-inspired cocktails and spirits. Snacks and light dishes such as salads, pastry dishes, and much more are prepared for you in a completely renovated environment.

Giglio Blu Pool Bar & Restaurant The panoramic terrace also holds a splendid view over the Es-tate's valley, for unforgettable aperitifs and sweet notes of live music.

The ideal place to have a refreshing drink or a light lunch - the Giglio Blu Pool Bar & Restaurant of-fers fresh food such as salads and delicious grilled dishes, as well as vegetarian, vegan, and low-carb meals. It also has a relaxed atmosphere where you can take in the sun and the gorgeous view over the rolling hills.

La Pettegola is the latest addition to the list of renowned restaurant. Set on a simple yet refined location, it is located in the heart of the Borgo. A new gastronomic offer, consisting of typical dishes from the Italian cousine prepared according to tradition. A selection of Lasagna, carpacci, curated salads as well as a extensive list of wines and spirits. The ingredients are fresh, genuine and vary according to seasonal availability.
