Classic Rooms: Classic rooms (32m²) feature 2 Twin beds or one King size bed. Each room features either a patio or balcony situated on the ground or first floor respectively overlooking either the Outeniqua Mountains, Fancourt gardens or the Montagu golf course.

Luxury Rooms: Luxury Rooms (40m²), choose from king-sized and twin-bed options. Relax on your balcony or patio and admire the tranquil setting of the Fancourt Estate.

One-Bedroom Suite (54m²) decorated in neutral tones and unique artistry highlight spacious living and dining areas as well as a work area. Enjoy deluxe individual touches and a private balcony which overlooks either a golf course or garden or the Outeniqua Mountains. Fireplace is available on request.

Two-Bedroom Suite: (86m²) Ideal for a family stay, 2-bedroom suites are finished in impeccable detail. The Suite features a separate lounge with fireplace and a dining area. Each bedroom is inclusive of a full en-suite bathroom.

Fancourt offers a wonderful choice of fine restaurants and dining experiences.

Henry White’s: Situated in the Manor House, serving prime meats and seafood with a fantastic selection of South African Wines.

La Cantina: Informal Italian Restaurant serving daily buffet breakfast, a la carte dinner and Sunday brunch. Antipasto, pasta, pizza and fish of the day are served from live cooking stations.

Le Pêcheur: Specialises in fresh sushi and seafood.

Links Lodge: Situated next to The Links Clubhouse, this restaurant offers an intimate ambience with a true culinary experience - a combination of flavours from around the world.

The Morning Glory: Choose from a menu full of Thai, Indonesian, Indian, Malaysia, and Vietnamese or Japanese favourites. Restaurant is located close to the Spa.

The Club Lounge: Relax on the terrace overlooking the 18th of the Montagu golf course and try the Club Burger or Cobb @19!

Grill Room: Situated in the Clubhouse and renowned for great steaks!

Fancourt features an award winning Spa, the Fancourt hair salon, ladies boutique and jewellery store. The Fancourt Spa features a Sauna, Steam room and gymnasium with personal trainer, as well as a heated indoor roman bath and Jacuzzi.

In addition to 3 championship golf courses and a TaIlor Made Performance Centre, Fancourt offers guests grass tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fishing dams and walking trails.

Glorious swimming beaches are easily accessible and mountain biking, horse riding, picnics and hikes can be arranged on request. Sightseeing excursions in the picturesque coastal towns of Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Mossel Bay are also available.

The Fancourt estate lies in the heart of hop country, with its Hop Route. Many activities on the route are within a 40-kilometre radius of the estate.

Cruisa Equestrian Centre: The perfect venue for horse lovers, where trails into the neighbouring countryside, horse riding lessons and even children’s parties can be arranged.

Silver Lily Dutch Cheese Farm: A short ride away where the cheese making process is explained before tasting the many variations made there.

Fancourt - The Links

The Links golf course opened in 2000 and is considered the most impressive golf designs ever constructed in South Africa. Gary Player’s design team spent months studying the classic links courses of Scotland and Ireland before embarking on recreating some of the finest holes in golf! Fancourt - Montagu

Montagu golf course is a parkland layout set against the backdrop of the Outeniqua Mountains. Montagu has previously been ranked as the No.1 golf course in South Africa.

Fancourt - Outeniqua

Par: 72 Length: 6312m Course designer: Gary Player

Outeniqua golf course is a parkland layout with strategically designed holes requiring good club selection. Hole 14 is the toughest on the course – requiring a long and straight drive to avoid the large water hazard on the right, the second plays long up to a raised green. A four is a great score here!

Pezula Golf Club

Pezula Championship Golf Course is located in the Western Cape of South Africa in the picturesque town of Knysna - the jewel of the world famous Garden Route. The breathtaking, award-winning 18-hole golf course offers golfers the ultimate golf course in Knysna, an unsurpassed golf experience, and one of the most scenic golf courses in the world. The Pezula Golf Club offers Clubhouse facilities that are in keeping with the overall five-star experience, and includes a terrace with spectacular views, restaurant, bar, golf shop, short game practice area and putting green.

Oubaai Golf Club

In designing the Oubaai Golf Club, Ernie Els and his team have taken full advantage of the spectacular landscape of the Western Cape. The layout of Oubaai golf course is a traditional Links where veld grasses line lush fairways. The 6th is a Par 3 - the green is framed by the Outeniqua Mountains in the distance and the Gwaing River flows below you. A 120 metre drive is required to cross the gorge and reach the fairway. The 17th is the most photographed hole, where the green meets the ocean. The green is guarded by 4 bunkers with ever changing winds making it one of the most challenging plays. The Clubhouse has a dramatic location that overlooks the 16th, 17th and 18th greens. Open-air terraces offer panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the Gwaing River valley, while the executive boardroom is great for quick meetings before an afternoon of golf or spa.

Pinnacle Point

“The best Golf Course on the planet” Darren Clarke PINNACLE POINT golf course is something truly unique for the discerning golfer. Pinnacle Point was selected as one of the Top Ten New Golf Courses of the World for 2006 by the American publication Travel and Leisure in January 2007. This cliff top challenging layout commands a level of respect due to its dramatic views and breathtaking terrain. The 72 par layout is characterised by 7 majestic holes that line the Indian Ocean rock cliffs, 4 of which are played over ocean and cliff. The reintroduction of the endemic fauna and flora to this estate has been hailed as a remarkable achievement by local and international ecologists and the preservation of this pristine Fynbos is an ongoing commitment by the Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Resort.
